Caroline lim sue pei
Ms. Caroline read law in Oxford Brookes University and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Hons) Degree in the year 2010. Thereafter, she pursued and earned a Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in the year 2012. Ms. Caroline chambered with Messrs Teh & Lee and was later called and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in year 2013.
After her admission, Ms Caroline joined the Corporate Banking department in Messrs Jeff Leong, Poon and Wong under the supervision of Mr. Poon. She was given the opportunity to provide legal advisory framework to the panel financial clients and assist in handling the financial documents of her corporate clients until the stage of drawdown of loans.
In year 2014, Ms. Caroline later venture into real estate where she joined Messrs Chin & Partners and learned a great deal of conveyancing & banking under the supervision of Datin Karen Pamela Gan. During her time with Messrs Chin & Partners, Ms Caroline was given the opportunity to handle various subsale, tenancy, perfection and discharge files as well as taking part in the preparation and launching of several development projects by the developers (including handling and preparing Sale and Purchase Agreement and loan documentation).
Ms. Caroline later continues to broaden her expertise area in real estate and banking and was later introduced to Messrs J. M Chong, Vincent Chee & Co in year 2015 where she led the project team and Messrs Lee Lam & Tan in year 2017 where she oversees the whole project department.
Throughout her legal career, she has worked with many well established developers in Peninsula Malaysia and Sarawak.
In year 2019, Ms. Caroline joined Messrs B H Lawrence & Co where she practiced corporate conveyancing and took the place of its former partner in overseeing the corporate conveyancing department and assisting the managing partner, Mr Bernard Lawrence in corporate exercises involving listed entities i.e namely the high profile Bandar Malaysia Project, a deal between Iskandar Waterfront Holdings (IWH) and China’s China Railway Engineering Group where she was heavily involved in the legal transactions of the said project.
Lee Choong Yee
Ms. Choong Yee graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)(Hons) degree from Oxford Brookes University in United Kingdom in the year of 2014 and thereon, pursued her Certificate of Legal Practice in Brickfield Asia College, Kuala Lumpur and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 16 March 2018.
She was retained by
Messrs Soon Gan Dion & Partners as an associate upon completing her
pupillage and was later engaged in conveyancing practice under the supervision
of Mr. Gan Wee Howe. In her early careers, she managed various developer’s
housing projects, sub-sales, loans, tenancy and probate and administration of
estates including but not limited to assisting the banking litigation
department from time to time.
In the year 2019, Ms. Choong Yee joined Messrs Ferida Hassan Low &
Partners and continued to broaden her area of expertise in real estate and
banking. Her area of expertise encompasses general conveyancing works and
providing legal opinions to financial institutions and resolving real estate
and banking complexities including managing financial documents for her
corporate clients up to the final stage of loan drawdowns. In addition, she
also attended several dealings of land such as subdivision, extension and
conversion of category of land use and arbitrate disputes between parties in
real estate issues and represented numerous clients on probate and
administration of estate matters.

Ms. Wan Yee graduated with Bachelor of Law (LL.B) (Hons.) Degree at Multimedia University Malacca in the year of 2013. She joined Messrs. John Yong & Irene Song for her nine months Pupilage immediately after her graduation and had been called to the Malaysian Bar in the year of 2014.
After her admission as an Advocates and Solicitors, Ms. Tan joined Messrs. Lee Fook Leong & Co located at Segamat and major in doing conveyancing and banking litigation work. Her area of expertise encompasses all kind of general conveyancing work, attending and advising client on conveyancing matters, preparing sale and purchase agreement and financing documents for few developers’ project, appearing in court for grant of probate cases and banking litigation cases.
Besides that, Ms. Tan had been assigned to attend all kind of contract agreement such as Tenancy agreement, building agreement, joint venture agreement, partnership agreement with guidance of Mr. Lee Fook Leong. After the fifth year of her practice, Ms. Tan later venture into commercial financing matter and dealing with all kind of commercial loans.
Ms. Tan had practiced nine years in the same firm and had been given a good and valuable opportunity to being a conveyancing lawyer.
