Job Description
Responsibilities
- To handle all conveyancing related matters including but not limited to developer project, sub-sale, loan documentation, discharge of charge, perfection of transfers and charges.
- To handle administrative tasks regarding conveyancing matters including but not limited to regularly update financier’s online systems, arrange for the stamping of all legal documentations, raise payment voucher and invoices, follow up on the status of the files, arrange for the presentation of related forms with land office.
- To handle any correspondences, communicates and liaise with clients, banks, relevant government authorities or agencies, developer or owner.
- To ensure proper filing of all the conveyancing files.
- To handle any other tasks as may be assigned and required by the firm or lawyers including but not limited to legal, administrative and clerical matters.
Requirements
- Candidate must posses at least a SPM (or equivalent) qualification.
- Fluent in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
- Good computing skills.
- Experienced conveyancing clerk and able to converse in Mandarin would be added advantage.
- Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
